Salam alaykun. When is the best time prescribed by Pro. Muh’d (saw) to recite Suratul Fathia by the followers of Imam in a loud prayers like Subhi, Magrhib and Ishai? Traceable evidencies required pls.

Wa’alaikumus Salam warahmatuLlah.
There are different opinions of scholars about this issue.
But the best to me is following when he is reading Fatiha. Allah commands to listen Imam when he recites Qur’an,:
(وَإِذَا قُرِئَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ فَٱسۡتَمِعُوا۟ لَهُۥ وَأَنصِتُوا۟ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ) [Surat Al-A’raf 204]

So when the Qur’an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy.
The scholars who hold the same opinion as mine say ” فاستمعوا وأنصتوا ” that is when Imam is reading another Surah after Fatiha, then we use the Hadeeth ” لا صلاة لمن لا يقرأ بأم الكتاب ” the Solah is invalid for whom doesn’t recite Fatiha. The Imam recite Fatiha we follow him in reciting Fatiha. Allah knows best.
